Failing to plan is like planning to fail! Meal prepping is key to sustainable habits & healthy weight loss.
Meal prep done easy:
1. Start small: Begin by planning out a few meals or snacks for the week ahead.
2. Consider each food group: It is important to make sure each food group is represented in your plan.
3. Get organized: Dedicate time per week to prepare your meals.
4. Invest in good glass containers
5. Avoid shopping or prepping when hungry
6. Batch cook: Batch cooking is when you prepare large quantities of individual foods for the purpose of using them in different ways throughout the week. Example: try cooking a big batch of quinoa or rice and roasting a large tray of vegetables, or meat at the start of the week to use for salads, stir fries or grain bowls.
